1. I write absolutely everything down in one big notebook so I can flip back and see what I've done.
2. I do the stuff I hate doing first thing in the morning. Any kind of accounting and follow-up formal letters.
3. I make lists, and then I go back and check those all the time.
4. You have to multi-task. I usually do two things at once -- like brushing my teeth in the shower. I usually have a headset on, so I can be doing something else while I talk on the phone. I probably get 30 calls a day, and those need to be returned.
