Sarah's Tips For Staying Sane
1. Exercise.
2. Take hot baths with the door closed; light a candle and have a glass of wine beside the bathtub.
3. Make sure you have quiet time for yourself. In the evenings when I come home I change into my schleppy clothes and just lie quietly on my bed for twenty minutes and then I'll go downstairs and see my kids.
4. Have fun! You have to go wild with your friends. It's amazing how good it is to blow off steam, just by telling funny stories or going to movies. I also go to movies alone a lot.
