| 2. | Take hot baths with the door closed; light a candle and have a glass of wine beside the bathtub. |
| 3. | Make sure you have quiet time for yourself. In the evenings when I come home I change into my schleppy clothes and just lie quietly on my bed for twenty minutes and then I'll go downstairs and see my kids. |
| 4. | Have fun! You have to go wild with your friends. It's amazing how good it is to blow off steam, just by telling funny stories or going to movies. I also go to movies alone a lot. |
