Lynne's Tips For Staying Sane
1. Wind down on weekends. Spend time with people who aren't involved in the business, doing activities that aren't at all work related.
2. Listen to lots of jazz and go to jazz clubs.
3. Watch Regis and Kathy Lee. I attend the show whenever I'm in New York, although my husband can't stand either of them, so I have to watch the show secretly in another room!
4. 4 Have a supportive spouse and close friends who will keep you grounded, sane, and de-stressed.
