Libby's Tips
1. Understand what things you can delegate.
2. Find talents within your staff, and use them.
3. Leave work at the office. That's a huge thing. You're not going to accomplish anything by worrying. Whatever's going to happen is going to happen. I do a lot of things by the seat of my pants.
4. I'm a dinosaur. I have no computer, although we do have one at home. One of these days, I'll have to. Mine isn't a tidy desk. My "system" is different piles of paper. In Pile #1 are newspaper articles to read and file, a listing of sales totals, and so on. I may take something out of this pile and deal with it while I'm eating my lunch. #2 is future stuff. My file for my New York meeting in July, and a promotion for September. #3 is stuff I'm waiting for answers on. #4 are things that need to be done.
