Diane's Tips For Beating Stress
1. Exercise.
2. Sit down every so often and read the newspapers for three hours. We feel guilty doing that, but it's necessary to have time to yourself.
3. Having support from your partner is vital. Doug and I have always been a team and are very supportive of what each other is doing. We turn to each other when we need strength and guidance and support. That's invaluable.
4. Have respect for the people you work with. As in sports, you're only as strong as the next relay runner you're passing to.
