| 2. | Sit down every so often and read the newspapers for three hours. We feel guilty doing that, but it's necessary to have time to yourself. |
| 3. | Having support from your partner is vital. Doug and I have always been a team and are very supportive of what each other is doing. We turn to each other when we need strength and guidance and support. That's invaluable. |
| 4. | Have respect for the people you work with. As in sports, you're only as strong as the next relay runner you're passing to. |
