Anne's Tips For Beating Stress
1. Keep a healthy perspective and keep your ego in control. You can't take any of this too seriously.
2. Music. I have a piano and come from a musical family, and use music as a type of meditation. I'm a Buddhist so I see all of this as part of a spiritual journey.
3. Long hot baths and talking to friends.
4. Being grateful for being able to work in such a wacky wonderful job.
