| Ann's Tips For Beating Stress | |
| 1. | I've been trying to do a bit of a meditation in the evening, to spend a bit of time thinking about the things that are really important to me, who the important people are in my life and pulling all that together. I think that's a nice way to go to sleep but I'd like to change that and do more of a meditation in the morning before I get going. |
| 2. | Every once in a while I just go out and have fun. It's important to spend time with friends, to go to a party or just sit around talking. It's good to go out with the people I work with and have a drink together, to laugh at all the craziness. |
| 3. | I feel like so much of my weekends are spent doing chores. So I try to get at least one day a week where we do something outside, whether it's walking on the beach or, depending on the season, cross-country skiing or hiking or bike riding, something outdoors. |
